Brent Ferguson is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in strategic account management and operational improvements across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at Care.com since March 2021, Brent previously held the position of Managing Director of Sales at Diverse Staffing, where responsibilities included defining the sales process for a 25-member field sales team across ten states. Prior roles include Vice President of Major Accounts at Randstad USA, managing a leadership team and over 100 sales representatives to meet a $50M sales quota, and Senior Director of NA eCommerce, Partnerships and Small Business at Monster, where Brent directed e-commerce sales strategy across North America and India. Brent began career at Monster, advancing through roles including Sales Operations Director, where budget accountability and collaboration with finance to enhance sales performance were key responsibilities. Education includes a degree from Indiana University Bloomington and attendance at Warren Central High School.
