Shahid UlGhafoor is an experienced Network Support Engineer at Cardonet IT Support and Services since October 2014. Prior to this role, Shahid worked as an IT Technician at Croydon Computer Repairs from February 2012 to July 2014, and gained work experience as an IT Technical Services Assistant at the London Borough of Camden in June 2010. Shahid holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Middlesex University, obtained in 2008, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Business and Management Sciences, earned in 2004.
