Tom Hope has a significant amount of experience in sales and account management. Tom worked as the Director of Sales at CardLogix Corporation since 2015, where they were responsible for managing the sales of smart cards and related technology to customers in over 43 countries. Prior to that, Tom served as a Senior Account Manager at Harper and Two from 1994 to 2015. Tom also worked as an Account Manager at Plustronics from 1993 to 1994, and as a Regional Computer Products Sales Manager at Western Microtechnology from 1989 to 1992. Tom started their career as an Account Manager at Arrow Electronics from 1987 to 1989.

Tom Hope attended Taipei American School from 1971 to 1973, where they obtained their High School Diploma. During this time, their field of study included General Education-Mandarin Studies, Microbiology, and Computer Programming. Later, from 1984 to 1991, they completed an AA Industrial Technology degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Orange Coast College.
