Catherine Brosnan, CMP, DES, is a seasoned event management professional with significant experience in the healthcare and research sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Meetings & TCT Operations at the Cardiovascular Research Foundation since September 2012, Catherine oversees the transition of key industry events to virtual and hybrid formats, manages annual conference logistics, and develops new event concepts for executive approval. Previously, Catherine held the position of Sr. Meeting Planner within the same organization, coordinating meeting logistics for multiple programs annually. Additional experience includes roles at GDS International, the American Securitization Forum, and The Optical Society, where event planning, budget management, and vendor negotiations were key responsibilities. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Madison University.
