Claire Fair is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in building and leading HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Cardiovascular Logistics, Claire is responsible for establishing and evolving the HR function to support the growth of a national cardiology practice. Previously, as SVP and Chief People Officer at Pediatrix Medical Group, Claire oversaw the HR department during significant growth, expanding the employee base from 1,400 to 15,000 individuals. Claire also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Perfumania, where leadership contributed to the company's transformation into a leading retailer in the fragrance and cosmetics sector. Earlier in Claire's career, as Director of Employee Relations at Sterling Jewelers, focus was placed on enhancing fair employment practices. Claire holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Retail Management from Central Washington University.
