Alejandro Sosa has extensive experience in the medical field, serving as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Ochsner Health since March 2022 and a Stress Lab/Med Tech at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South since December 2015. Sosa has also dedicated time to the United States Army Reserve as a Health Care Specialist since January 2014, where responsibilities include supervising the Soldier Readiness Process for over 50,000 service members. Additional roles include providing patient care as an EMT-ER Tech at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and previous positions as an Emergency Medical Technician with Sentara Healthcare and MedExpress Ambulance Service. Sosa's earlier career involved security management and emergency medical response at various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Imaging Science from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Northwestern State University.
