Michelle Vinocour is a seasoned professional in technology and startup acceleration, currently serving as Managing Director at Cardinal Ventures, where Stanford's largest startup accelerator program is facilitated. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Michelle founded and directed the Deeptech Fellowship, achieving significant outcomes, including the admission of multiple teams to YCombinator. Current roles also include Associate Product Manager Intern at Google and Teaching Assistant for AI and Organizational Behavior at Stanford University School of Engineering. Previously, Michelle held leadership positions at Stanford Women in Business, Bain & Company, and Stanford Latino, where initiatives included organizing major conferences and founding the Tech Latino newsletter. Other notable experiences include founding the nonprofit SuperARTE and managing AI education programs for high school students. Michelle holds both a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems and a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
