Matt Padberg, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Financial Analyst in 1995, where they gained valuable skills in financial analysis. In 1998, they joined Deloitte as a Sr. Manager, contributing to the company's success for six years. In 2004, Matt founded Transcend Financial Advisors and served as its Founder until 2006. During this time, they demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial abilities. Currently, Matt is the Managing Director at Cardinal Investment Advisors, a role they have held since 2006. In this position, they are responsible for firm leadership, client relationship management, investment research, and private equity search. Matt's diverse experience in investment consultancy and financial analysis make him a valuable asset in the industry.

Matt Padberg, CFA has a diverse education background. Matt completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Math from Wake Forest University from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, Matt attended St. Louis University High School between 1983 and 1987. Later on, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, graduating in 1995.
