Shane Abeyratne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Business Services at Cardinal Health since October 2016. Previously, Shane held the position of Executive Director of Operations at iSelect, where responsibilities included driving sales and customer advocacy, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering leadership talent. Shane also spent over a decade at Telstra, advancing through roles such as General Manager for Advanced Customer Care and Retention Online, and Sales Centre Manager, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer service. Shane earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business & Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology from 2000 to 2004.
