Matthew Little is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contact center technologies and business analysis. Since September 2014, Matthew serves as the Director of Customer Solutions and Technology at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities include defining strategic and operational use of contact center technologies and developing a multi-year roadmap for implementation. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions at AssuraMed as a Senior Business Analyst and Manager of Contact Center Technologies, where Matthew designed telephony solutions for a medical supply sales and distribution contact center. Earlier in Matthew's career, positions at Advanced Call Center Technologies as a Senior Software Developer involved designing software solutions for large call centers. Matthew holds a BA in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University and previously attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
