Mark Bosco is an experienced professional in User Experience Design, currently serving as Lead User Experience Designer at Cardinal Health since November 2022. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior User Experience/Product Designer at FedEx Ground, where significant contributions included transforming the software development process to Agile methods and providing training in Lean UX tools. Mark's extensive consultancy experience at FiveOut involved working with major clients, such as Cummins Inc. and Canon, while earlier roles included Information Architect at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Lead Usability Engineer at NDCHealth. Mark's academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Technology and Media Arts from Duquesne University.
