Adam Zaller is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning. Currently serving as a Board Member for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio since December 2022, Adam has held the position of Vice President of HR Services and Learning at Cardinal Health since December 2016. In this role, Adam oversees HR Services, including employee relations, labor relations, payroll, and global HR processes, while also leading the company's global learning center of excellence. Previous positions at Cardinal Health included Vice President of Learning & Development and Director of Organizational Development, where Adam created programs to enhance employee performance and culture. Additional board member experience includes Catholic Social Services of Columbus. Adam's earlier career includes leadership roles in organization development and learning at EXPRESS, NCR, and Reynolds & Reynolds, as well as a foundational role at Mutual of Omaha. Adam holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in History from Ohio University.
