Michelle Cook has over a decade of experience in property management, primarily with Cardinal Group Management since September 2014. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, responsibilities include managing a COG support team and overseeing portfolio-wide operational metrics and projects. Previous roles include Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager, where Michelle directed leasing and marketing efforts for 13 communities, and Community Manager, focusing on enhancing resident living experiences. Earlier positions also include Leasing and Marketing Team Lead and Marketing Assistant at CA Ventures, LLC, where contributions to outreach and promotional events were made for a luxury community. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2013.
