Josh S. has a diverse work experience history. Josh started their career at Aberystwyth University as a DGES Schools Outreach Campaign Assistant and IBL Student Experience Support Officer. During this time, they worked with the Department of Geography & Earth Sciences and Aberystwyth Business School, where they were involved in various tasks such as funding applications, researching outreach practices, and developing school contacts.

Following their time at the university, Josh worked at Stokes Case Management as an HR & Training Administrative Assistant. In this role, they primarily focused on HR/L&D administrative tasks, including recruitment and development of support workers. Josh also studied towards the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in HRM to further develop their knowledge in HR & L&D.

Josh later joined Pride Cymru, where they held several voluntary positions. Josh started as a Volunteer Recruitment Assistant, then served as a Volunteer Manager, and finally worked as a Digital Content Assistant.

Most recently, Josh worked as a Digital Learning and Skills Assistant at Cardiff and Vale College. Josh then transitioned to the role of Junior Learning Technologist.

Josh S. obtained a BScEcon degree in Management & Business from Aberystwyth University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Afterward, they pursued a certificate in Human Resources Management, specializing in Intermediate (Lv.5) level, from Cardiff and Vale College between 2018 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate, Microsoft Office Specialist: PowerPoint Associate, Microsoft Office Specialist: Word Associate, Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2016 Expert, and Microsoft Office Specialist Outlook 2016.
