Rhonda Welch is the Principal and owner of Welch Healthcare Consulting, LLC, specializing in healthcare strategy, marketing, reimbursement, and health economics since April 2008. Previous roles include Senior Director at The Aequitas Group, focusing on health economics and reimbursement for pharmaceutical and medical device clients, and Director of Health Policy and Reimbursement at Biosense Webster, Johnson & Johnson, overseeing US reimbursement for the electrophysiology market. Rhonda also held positions as Marketing Director for Navigation Systems, International Marketing Manager, and Product Manager at Biosense Webster and Baxter Healthcare, respectively, with early experience as a market analyst at Bergen Brunswig and Geneva. Rhonda holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree from Goshen College.
