Nicole has worked with John since 1986. She collaborates closely with individual hospitals to review and evaluate site operational processes, works with site staff to establish or improve existing processes, trains new staff, provides expertise on new development projects, and supports site specific projects. Nicole plays an important role with CPLink as she trains users and continually evolves development of the software. She plans and facilitates installation of CPLink Cardiovascular Database System®.
