Joel Oster has worked in the medical industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they worked as a Cardiovascular Sales Specialist for Reliant Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for the development of a $2.5M specialized cardiovascular therapeutic portfolio. From 2007 to 2010, they were an Account Executive/Regional Trainer for CardioNet Inc., where they successfully launched, developed, and managed a $3.5M cardiac diagnostics and monitoring device portfolio. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Independent Contractor for the CRM Division at ST. JUDE MEDICAL SALES COMPANY, INC. (ST. JUDE MEDICAL S.C., INC.), where they implemented a Merlin Patient Care Network pilot project. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Territory Sales Manager at PENTAX Medical Americas, where they were responsible for the overall management of product sales, support, training resources, and business development in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania for the ENT-Speech Products Division. Since 2019, they have been a Sr. Sales Representative for Alchera Inc.

Joel Oster holds a B.A. in Applied Communications from The Ohio State University. In addition, they have obtained a certification from the National Association of Medical Sales Representatives in June 2010.
