Divash Basnet is an accomplished growth leader, currently serving as the VP of Growth at Cardata, where significant advancements in growth marketing have been achieved since May 2021. As a member of the executive leadership team, efforts have culminated in securing growth investment in September 2023. Previously, Divash held the role of Associate Director at Creative Destruction Lab, leading venture recruitment across multiple global sites and coordinating strategies that admitted 375 ventures in various technology streams. Earlier experiences include teaching assistant roles at the University of Toronto and co-founding Nepal Travels, where Divash managed marketing and technology initiatives. Divash holds an MBA in Innovation Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the Rotman School of Management and a BA in Economics from Wabash College.
