Javion Smith has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Javion worked as an Actor for D.A.S.H. Entertainment, LLC from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Year Up as a Student/Intern, where they gained technical skills and focused on professionalism. Javion then worked at Microsoft as a Test Associate in 2014, where they reported bugs, regressed assigned bugs, and maintained project confidentiality. In 2015, they worked as a Test Engineer at Caradigm. From 2016 to 2016, they served as a Web Developer at YMCA of Greater Seattle. In 2017, Javion became a Data Coordinator at Gay City: Seattle's LGBTQ Center, where they managed a team of Records Assistants and coordinated with King County representatives. Most recently, Javion worked at Card Kingdom Inc as a Retail Sales Associate from 2018 onwards. In this role, they excelled in customer service, conflict resolution, and maintaining extensive knowledge of gaming trends, contributing to record-breaking yearly sales.

Javion Smith obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Curtis Senior High School, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they enrolled in Year Up, completing coursework in Introduction to Technical Support & Quality Assurance and earning a certificate in Information Technology. In 2016, Javion started attending freeCodeCamp, where they pursued a Full Stack Web Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering until 2017.
