Susan Michaud is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, partnership development, and product innovation. Currently serving as a Partnership Specialist at Card Integrity since October 2017, Susan is responsible for fostering partnerships with global corporations and agencies, leveraging procurement card programs through engaging presentations. Prior to this role, Susan was the President of PonyBun® Products, Inc. from January 2005 to June 2017, where Susan developed and sold the patented PonyBun® hair accessory to over 250 retail locations. Additionally, Susan served as Sales Manager at Hometown Builders, Inc. for over a decade, overseeing sales and contract negotiations in the new home construction sector, and worked as Real Estate Closing Coordinator & Service Manager at Avalon Builders, Inc. earlier in their career. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University.
