Monica Mann has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monica began their career in 1999 as a Human Services Specialist II/Case Manager at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where they reviewed disaster damage applications and supervised call center teams. From 2010 to 2011, Monica worked as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service representative at Management Support Technology, Inc., providing support for a government contract. Monica then gained experience as a Proxy Voting Specialist at Alliance Advisors, where they contacted shareholders, reviewed proxies, and managed voting processes. In 2017, Monica worked as an Account Manager at MSys Inc., conducting research on client needs and developing marketing campaigns. Monica joined the WHEATON DOOR & WINDOW COMPANY as a Project Coordinator in 2019, where they monitored project plans and schedules. Monica also has experience as an Inbound Customer Service Representative Specialist at VDart and as a Meeting and Event Planner/Co-Owner at Parties By Monica, where they organized events and managed accounts. Currently, they serve as an Account Manager at Blink Charging.
