Thomas SIRVEN has extensive experience in infrastructure and project management, currently serving as the Directeur de Département Maitrise d’Ouvrage and Directeur des Infrastructures Economiques at Carcassonne Agglo since January 2004. Previous roles within the organization include Chef de Service gestion technique ZAE, Adjoint Chef de Service Voirie-Réseaux secs, Technicien VRD, Agent de Maitrise, and Agent technique. Prior to this, Thomas SIRVEN worked as an Agent technique for Ville de Carcassonne from September 2002 to January 2004. Thomas SIRVEN holds a degree from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
