Ritendu Ganguly is a Manager of Research and Development at Carborundum Universal Limited since July 2018, where responsibilities include process development and improvement, new product development, and raw material testing along with competitor sample analysis. Previously, Ritendu served as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at the same company from July 2011 to July 2012, focusing on new product and process development. Ritendu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, with ongoing studies from January 2022 to April 2026, and a Master’s Degree in the same field from the same institution obtained in 2017. Additionally, a Bachelor of Technology in Ceramic Technology was earned from West Bengal University of Technology in 2011. Early education includes a Higher Secondary degree from Rampurhat High School, completed in 2007.
