Innandya Kusumawardhani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and climate solutions. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at CarbonEthics, a company focused on tech-enabled natural climate solutions in Indonesia, Innandya leads initiatives that support carbon offset projects, tree planting, and carbon consultancy. Previously, Innandya held various roles at bp, including Business Transformation Lead for Asia Pacific & India, where significant contributions were made towards enhancing diversity and inclusion as Chairperson of the BP Women International Network in Jakarta. Additional experience includes an ambassadorship with One Young World and analytical roles at Co-operative Financial Services and Satoe Indonesia. Innandya holds a Master’s in Global Business Analysis from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of England.
