Sophia Dower is currently working as a Senior Application Engineer at Carbon since March 2022. Prior to this, Sophia held positions such as an Application Development Engineer 3D at M. Holland Company and a Quality Assurance Engineer at Fast Radius, Inc. Sophia also has experience as a Founder/President at Allied Connect Inc., where Sophia focused on developing training programs on handling instances of bullying in school districts. Sophia also has a background in coaching as a Head Women's Basketball Coach at Destiny Christian School & Preschool. Sophia holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Plastics Manufacturing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
