John Rosebaugh has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2020, they began working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Carbon Systems, a fast growing US-based computer hardware vendor. In this role, John uses their unique mix of business management and technical expertise to guide operations. From 2017-2020, they worked as the Information Technology Manager for the County of Sonoma Human Resources, where they were responsible for the technology systems and IT staff. From 2015-2017, they were the Information Technology Director for TriVascular, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Jackson Family Wines from 2003-2015, where they held three positions: Information Technology Director - Application & Database Development, Information Technology Manager - Application Infrastructure, and Information Technology Systems Analyst.

John Rosebaugh obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of San Francisco School of Management in 2011, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. John also holds a BA from Sonoma State University, which they earned in 2001 in the field of Psychology. Additionally, they are a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ - World Headquarters.
