Roee Eidan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked as a Bartender at Lee Restaurant. From 2017 to 2019, they transitioned into web development roles, working on projects such as WordPress Website Development at ThePeerProject, Full Stack Website Development at Locksmith Nearme, and Full Stack Development at Digital Natives Creative Inc. In 2019, they joined Good Weekend Co. as a Full Stack Developer. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Dev Team Lead at Gruiform. In 2019, they also worked as a Full Stack Developer at ROSS Intelligence. From 2020 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Sandbox Inc., including Software Developer Lead and Full Stack Developer. Currently, Roee is the Co-Founder and CTO of Carbon Neutral Club, a membership program focused on climate change.

Roee Eidan completed a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University in 2020. In 2017, they attended BrainStation where they studied Web Development and iOS Development, although no degree was specified for these programs.
