Tim Sperry has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, they worked as the COO at Cogswell Innovation Inc. From 2018, they founded SMOG ARMOR, and in 2020, they founded another company called Carbon Limit.

Tim Sperry attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tim then pursued further education at Barry University from 2001 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Law and Business.
