Nicol Schenker has work experience as a Marketing Assistant at CARBOGEN AMCIS starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Marketing Associate at ASYMMETRICA INVESTMENTS for a month in April 2021. From September 2014 to February 2018, Schenker was employed as an Administrative Assistant at MM Home Investors. They also worked briefly as an Agent at Teleperformance in 2015.

Nicol Schenker began their education in 2013 at Kaplan Australia, where they studied English as a Second Language for one year. In 2015, they enrolled at Universidad EAN to pursue a degree in International Business, which is still ongoing as of 2022. Nicol also completed an exchange semester in International Business at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2017. In 2018, they began their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, which they completed in 2020. In addition to their academic pursuits, Nicol obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in December 2019.
