Alexandra McDonald is an experienced professional in the fields of orthopedic trauma and sports nutrition. Currently serving as an Orthopedic Trauma Representative at CarboFix since May 2021, Alexandra has previously held positions including Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fairview High School from January 2017 to October 2020 and Sales and Marketing Specialist at ALPHA SPORTS NUTRITION from January 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included directing sales policies and evaluating program effectiveness. Alexandra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in May 2020 and an Associate of Science degree in Biology from Wallace State Community College - Hanceville in 2018. Additionally, Alexandra completed training at Medical Sales College in 2020.
