Shannon Heaston, PHR has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Shannon is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Carbitex, where they started in November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Carbitex starting in August 2021. Before joining Carbitex, Shannon worked at VNS Federal Services as a Human Resources Manager from June 2014 to May 2021. Shannon also has experience as a Human Resources Administrator at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from May 2009 to June 2012, where they provided administrative recruiting support and managed the interview process. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Human Resources Specialist at SL Start and Associates from December 2004 to December 2007, where they supervised staffing needs for a diverse workforce and assisted in budgeting and client activities planning.

Shannon Heaston, PHR, has a certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Kamiakin High School. Additionally, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM in 2017.
