Gary Belisle, CPA, CMA, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CarbiCrete, specializing in carbon removal technology and the production of cement-free, carbon-negative concrete. Previously, Gary held the position of General Manager at Rinox, where the establishment of the Aquarino fiberglass pool manufacturing division was a key achievement. As President and CEO of Permacon, Gary guided the company to maintain its leadership in the concrete masonry market, overseeing significant acquisitions and operational restructures. Additional experience includes roles as Vice-President Finance at Elyps Communications and Director of the SAP Consulting Practice at DMR Group, alongside a distinguished career in the Canadian Armed Forces. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada, a CMA from Saint Mary's University, and an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke.
