Jeff Freeman has been in the operations and maintenance field for over 25 years. Jeff began their career in 1995 as a Customer Engineer III at Applied Materials. Jeff then moved to Qimonda in 2002 as a Senior Equipment Technician. In 2009, they joined Suniva Inc. as a Senior Equipment Engineer. In 2017, Jeff began working at IMS Gear Georgia Inc. as a Manufacturing Manager and Process Engineer. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Heraeus as an Operations and Maintenance Manager and Production Manager. Jeff is currently the Director of Operations at Carbice.

Jeff Freeman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology between 1992 and 1995.
