Shane Patterson possesses extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Carbery Group since March 2009, with previous roles including Utilities Manager, Project Manager for Capital Projects, and Ingredients Process & Projects Manager. Prior to this, Shane worked as a Graduate Structural Engineer at Nestor Kelly Consulting Engineers from September 2007 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Structural Engineering from Munster Technological University (2003-2007).
