Shiroma Berg currently serves as Leiterin Customer Service Center Schweiz and Leiterin Frontoffice Customer Service Center at CARBAGAS AG / Air LIQUIDE since September 2019. Prior experience includes Teamleader Commercial Management at Dräger Schweiz AG from June 2013 to August 2019, and a position as Baukauffrau at STRABAG from March 2012 to March 2013. Shiroma began their career as Lernende at Cafag SA from August 2008 to August 2011. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Digital Leadership obtained from Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern in April 2023, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in General Management from the same institution completed in December 2022, and a kaufmännische qualification from Kaufmännische Berufsschule Freiburg, achieved in 2011.
