Charlie Min is an experienced logistics coordinator currently positioned at Caravela Coffee since August 2020, with prior roles including head barista trainer at The Grounds and barista/production assistant at Mecca Coffee. Charlie's career in the coffee industry began as a barista at Kin By Us and included diverse responsibilities in quality control and marketing at MTC Coffee. Additional experience spans roles in production coordination at The New Pistol Clothing and mail order at Koorong Books. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Sydney, a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Shillington College, and a Certificate III in Retail from Boost Juice.
