Athena Bejarano has a diverse range of experience in the fashion industry. Athena most recently served as the Head of Third Party Buying at CARAVANA starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Fashion Retail Merchandising and Business Strategy Consultant at Athena Antigone Fashion Consultancy. Athena also held the position of Head of Merchandising and Buying at CARAVANA TULUM from 2016 to 2018. Before joining CARAVANA, Athena worked at Club Monaco as an Associate Ecomm Merchant and Associate Merchant. Athena began their career as a Junior Merchandiser Buyer at Juicy Couture, followed by a role as a Store Analyst at Nautica, and an Assistant Planner at Macy's.

Athena Bejarano attended Georgetown Visitation from 1995 to 1999, where they did not obtain a degree nor specialize in any field of study. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from American University, which they completed from 1999 to 2004.
