Eric Martin currently serves as the Maintenance Resource Leader at Country Oven Bakery since February 2024 and has held the position of Site Manager at Caravan Facilities Management, LLC since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Eric was Superintendent of Industrial Maintenance at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and Maintenance Manager at Darling Ingredients. Eric's extensive military background includes serving as Safety Director for Commander, Naval Forces Europe and Africa, and as an Action Officer for the Current Operations US 6th Fleet. Education includes a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
