Emma Page (James) has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Emma started their career as a Senior Buying Admin Assistant at Jane Norman in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Emma then joined Lipsy London Ltd as an Assistant Buyer, where they developed products for various departments. In 2015, Emma moved on to Missguided, initially working as a Senior Buyer and later becoming a Buying Manager. In 2018, they became a Company Director at Allora Couture. Currently, Emma holds the position of Managing Director at Caramella, where they also serve as the Head of Buying.

Emma Page (James) completed their undergraduate education at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2009. Emma earned a 2:1 degree in Fashion Buying with a field of study in Fashion. Later, from 2009 to 2010, Emma pursued their Masters in Consumer Marketing at Liverpool University, where they achieved a Merit.
