Havisha P. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Student Researcher with the Wasserstrom Lab at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. Havisha continued their research experience at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where they served as a Student Researcher from August 2017 to June 2021. In 2018, they took on the role of Project Lead in the iGEM Competition. In 2019, they became an Amgen Scholar at The National Institutes of Health. In October 2019, they co-founded Caralyst. In June 2021, they transitioned to becoming a Cancer Prevention Research Training Program Awardee at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Additionally, they worked as an Equity Research Intern at the Health & Medicine Policy Research Group from June to August 2021.

Havisha P. completed their high school education at Neuqua Valley High School from 2013 to 2017. Havisha then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Washington University in St. Louis from 2017 to 2020.
