Mxolisi Tshabalala is a Chemical Process Engineer at Caragh Precision since April 2011, specializing in the management of ISO-class validated clean rooms and laboratory operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the automated chemical passivation cleaning line, stock control for laboratory and cleanroom, and facilitating audit preparations. Mxolisi has achieved significant milestones, such as developing quality procedures meeting ASTM requirements, validating processes for the passivation line, and leading a successful 5S implementation. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Chemical Technician at Boston Scientific, where Mxolisi excelled in process monitoring, audit preparation, and problem-solving via Six Sigma methodologies. Mxolisi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Technology from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) and has completed advanced education at the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
