Juan joined the Mister Car Wash team in 2007 as a Customer Service Advisor in Des Moines, Iowa. He has progressed in his career, becoming a General Manager, Regional Trainer, Regional Development Manager, and most recently a Regional Manager in Tucson, Arizona. As Director of Operations, West, he is directly responsible for developing the leadership teams in Arizona Albuquerque, Utah, Idaho, and Colorado.
