Sheryl Fan has extensive experience in relationship management and customer service. Currently, as a Relationship Manager at Capvision since March 2014, Sheryl is responsible for creating new business development opportunities and maintaining relationships with high-level experts. Previously, Sheryl served as a flight attendant at China Airlines from December 2003 to July 2013, demonstrating strong customer service and crisis management skills. Sheryl began their career as a Customer Service Representative at DASH COMMUNICATION TELECOM, LTD., where efforts led to a significant increase in customer satisfaction. Additionally, Sheryl worked as an English Teacher at HARVARDLAND ENGLISH SCHOOL from 2000 to 2002. Sheryl holds a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tamkung University.
