Tara Bojdak has a diverse range of work experience in communication and marketing. Tara is currently the Director of Communication at Captura. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Communication at Carbon Engineering Ltd., where they led the Communication and Marketing department and focused on public relations, thought leadership, and strategic communication. Tara also has experience in corporate communications at the City of Vancouver, as a publicist at Destination NSW, as a Change Communication Advisor at Transport for NSW, as a Global PR Coordinator at Tourism Australia, and as a Marketing & PR Assistant at BridgeClimb Sydney.

Tara Bojdak pursued their Bachelor of Communication degree specializing in Public Relations from the University of Southern Queensland between 2008 and 2012. Tara then went on to attend the University of Newcastle from 2014 to 2015 to acquire a Master's degree in Marketing.
