Stephen Lavenets has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephen started their career at Treyburn Country Club in 2010 as a Cart Barn Attendant, where they worked until July 2012. In 2012, they joined East Carolina University as a Men's Golf Student Athlete, and they stayed in this role until May 2016. Stephen then transitioned to Credit Suisse in July 2016, where they worked as a Financial Analyst until March 2020. Most recently, they joined CAPTRUST in March 2020 as an Associate II Institutional Operations and was promoted to Senior Associate Institutional Operations in December 2021.

Stephen Lavenets obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from East Carolina University. Stephen attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
