Norm Williams is an accomplished sales and leadership professional with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and operational improvements across various technology and consulting companies. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at Corporate Visions since August 2023, Norm previously held the position of President & CEO at Capton, Inc., leading a successful turnaround and the transition to a SaaS model. As the Founder & Managing Partner of Guglielmo Advisors, Norm has provided strategic consultancy to over 30 companies. Other leadership roles include President & CEO of Island Data Corporation, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CMS Peripherals, and multiple positions at Conner Peripherals, where Norm significantly increased sales and restructured sales organizations at both the North American and European levels. Norm holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCLA.
