Ross McBride has worked in the software engineering industry since 2013. Ross began their career as an intern at Synchronoss Technologies, followed by a role as a Software Engineer at JPoint Software in 2016. In 2017, they moved to Dimension Data as a Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained a cloud management platform. In 2018, they joined NTT Communications as a Software Engineer, continuing to develop a cloud management platform. In 2019, they transitioned to Pivotal Software, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed automated pipelines for continuous upgrading and patching of multiple platforms running on GCP. In 2021, they moved to CaptivateIQ as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

Ross McBride attended Dublin City University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Programming, Specific Applications.
