Katie Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Katie started their career at the Universal Cheerleading Association as a Head Instructor from May 2009 to May 2011. Then, they interned at the Oklahoma State Attorney General's office as a Communications Intern for the summer of 2012. In 2013, they joined the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office where they worked as a Constituent Services Coordinator from January 2013 to August 2014. Later, they took on the role of Director of Outreach from September 2014 to September 2015 within the same organization. Following their time at the Attorney General's Office, they worked at Love's Travel Stops as a Business Systems Analyst from September 2015 to February 2018. Currently, they are employed as a Research Analyst at Caption Partners LP, starting from February 2018. Additionally, they hold the title of Junior Sooner Administrator at the University of Oklahoma from August 2011 to May 2013.

Katie Gordon attended the University of Oklahoma from 2009 to 2013, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
