Yury Puzis began their work experience in 2002 as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami. Yury then worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Stony Brook University from 2007 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Charmtech Labs LLC as the Chief Operations Officer, where they focus on the development of Capti Voice. Yury also worked as a Research Scientist at Stony Brook University from 2014 to 2017.

Yury Puzis began their education at Katzir high school, where they attended from 1990 to 1996. Yury then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Miami, which they completed in 2004. Following this, Yury obtained their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution, graduating in 2007. Finally, they pursued further academic achievements by attending Stony Brook University, where they earned their Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2013.
