Karen Davis is a seasoned Quality Management professional with extensive experience in overseeing quality systems across various organizations. Currently serving as the QMS Manager at CAPTEK™ Softgel International since March 2020, Karen is responsible for ensuring operational guidance and support across multiple sites. Previous roles include Quality Compliance and Document Control Consultant at Isagenix and Clorox, Quality Systems Manager at Elite One Source, and Supervisor of Quality Assurance at Pfizer. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Karen has a demonstrated history of developing effective quality control policies, implementing document management systems, and leading teams to enhance compliance and efficiency in the quality assurance processes.
